Pawara Similan Islands Liveaboard

Translated, the name “Pawara”, which is an ancient Thai Sansakrit word, means “Treasures of the Corals”. This modern Thai style liveaboard was launched in 2006 after being custom designed and built in Phuket. She is extremely spacious boat and has great facilities. In fact, MV Pawara accommodates a maximum of twenty-six guests and offers four different types of cabin to choose from. Importantly, the four-night itinerary includes diving in the Similan Islands as well as Koh Bon, Koh Tachai and the exciting Richelieu Rock.

All apart from the budget cabins have their own private bathrooms. Both master cabins have large double beds, while the four standard cabins can be configured to take both or double or twin beds depending upon guest preferences. Important to note, the deluxe cabins, which cost a little more than the standard cabins are equipped with twin (bunk) beds, as are the budget cabins also. Regardless of which cabins guests decide on, the diving will be the same excellent standard for all guests booked onto Pawara trips.

Furthermore, guests have the free use of kayaks and also beach kites, ideal for beach visits and activities between dives when Parawa is moored in one of the many beautiful bays around the Similan Islands. Late afternoon transfers starting at 4:30 pm from Phuket or Khao Lak are included as well as return transfers after completing the liveaboard trip.
